The Finhaut Commune is comprised of four villages.
Finhaut
Headtown of the district, the town of Finhaut is originally constituted of two hamlets (La Cotze and Le Léamon) divided by a forest.
Giétroz
The hamlet of Giétroz has kept its traditional character and flavor. Notably, there is the oldest construction of the valley dating back to 1672.
Châtelard-Village
The starting point of all tourist atttractions of the Châtelard, Châtelard-Village is accessible through an aqueduct built by the CFF (Federal Railway Tracks) circa 1920.
Châtelard-Frontière Châtelard-Frontière lives off vehicular traffic on the international road of La Forclaz.
